Add some more dimensions and details to your sims.
Devil Skin and Horns and many more Horns
Gags, whips, strap-ons and other fetish gear (under downloads>extras-fetish)

Some of these may be need to be adapted to fit your Teen and Adult Sims. Give them a whirl or search for adaptions.
