Ok so there's fat meshes for our Sims, how about thin, less chesty ones? Well there are plenty of options made by others:

For our money I would avoid all these and go with the expert's version which would be the Warlock A Cup. Available for teens and adults. Maxis default by nature is a B-cup so it is a nice downgrade if that is what you are after.
